About Andreas Brandt
Andreas Brandt is a Danish musician. He has a knack for mixing the melancholic with the blindly optimistic, which shines through in his concoction of Gospel and Folk traditions, spiced with a handful of rock. He and his 6-piece band brings you up close and personal to the terrible story of a life that almost ended, and how to deal with the fact that it did indeed not end.
The clash of hard, banging percussion rhythms and soft, angelic choir provides a steady foundation for the storytelling and powerful voice of charismatic frontman Andreas Brandt, as he brings his demons and terrible decision making to life. In 2022, he released his debut EP Monument to Wasted Potential.
