Nelson Hedditch (born 16 July 1990), better known by his stage name Nelson Dialect (formerly Dialect), is an Australian rapper from Adelaide, South Australia. He has been based in New York since 2018. He is a former member of the duo Dialect & Despair and has released the majority of his projects in collaboration with a producer.
Hedditch released his debut studio album, Rugged Uncut Project, in 2008. He collaborated with record producer Despair on the albums The Vortex (2010) and Self Evident (2012). Hedditch collaborated with producer Must Volkoff for the 2018 album Magnetism. Hedditch formed Photograph Your Aura with producer Alnitak_Kid for a self-titled album (2018) and Snoopy Cap (2019). The two combined with duo So.Crates for the 2019 album Sunset Cities, and with musician Nate 88 as Variations of Light for the 2019 album Lunar Beautific. Hedditch moved to New York City, New York, in 2018 and signed with Ray West's Red Apples 45.
