Rzeszowskie Zagłębie Rockowe was one of the most exciting phenomena on the Polish rock scene of the 80s, and the group 1984 was its most important representative. Coldwave, dehumanized sound and poetic lyrics of Mizerny became the showpieces of this extraordinary band. The beginnings of the group date back to 1984, a year later it was one of the sensations of the Jarocin festival and performed in the final concert. It was then that the band included Mizerny, Armorny and Borys. They also took part in the first recordings of 1984 recorded in Rzeszów, as well as in the studio of Program III of the Polish Radio.
