About Adam Witkowski
Adam Witkowski is a sound and visual artist, as well as a musician known from bands such as Nagrobki, Gówno, Wolność or solo projects – Andrzej Baphomet and 0404. He willingly cooperates with other artists, setting up improvising duos (among others Langfurtka with Mikołaj Trzaska, Woda with Krzysztof Topolski). Witkowski also creates film and theater music, and as a visual arts artist, often in collaboration with his wife - videos, installations and objects. His works have been presented at solo and group exhibitions, among others at the BWA in Zielona Góra, the Signs of the Times Centre for Contemporary Art in Toruń, and the Zachęta National Gallery of Art in Warsaw. He lectures at the Szczecin Academy of Art and the Academy of Fine Arts in Gdansk.
