Alexander 23 is Chicago native Alexander Glantz, a multi-instrumentalist and producer creating an idiosyncratic, heartfelt brand of alt-pop. He made his debut with the 2019 track Dirty AF1s, gaining attention for its part heartbroken slacker and part playfully sparse, software-constructed pop vibe. Later in the year, he shared his debut EP I'm Sorry I Love You and spent the rest of 2019 on tour with Alec Benjamin and Omar Apollo while making his Lollapalooza debut. Since then, he's had a RIAA Gold Certified Track with IDK You Yet and a Grammy nomination for his co-production credit on Olivia Rodrigo's hit Good 4 U; in 2022, he released his first full-length Aftershock, dubbed the perfect break-up album by Clash Magazine.
