The way to Amy Sharks debut album Love Monster was long. Already as a teenager, the Australian wrote her own songs and later was able to collect her first live-experiences in the pub scene of her hometown Gold Coast, Queensland. Bu then, she got into a cul de sac: she released a few self produced singles herself, but unfortunately did not reach the necessary attention and she was forced to take a normal job. Only with Adore she wrote the song that was supposed to change her life. The single sensationally jumped up to number two of the Australian charts, reached triple platin and gave her the international carreer she was hoping for, but has almostgiven up on.
