Barbara Kruger: Bitte lachen / Please cry

The Neue Nationalgalerie (New National Gallery) presents Barbara Kruger's first institutional solo exhibition in Berlin and in Germany in over 10 years. The U.S. conceptual artist is developing a type installation specifically for the Neue Nationalgalerie's exhibition space that will reference the political and social impact of social media. The intervention covers the entire floor of the exhibition space and invites public discourse.
