Boto Jams are weekly Thursday meetings with the best artists from the Pomeranian and Polish jazz scene. Each edition features a different host who, together with the musicians he has invited, takes us into the world of jazz improvisation. After the first set there is always an opportunity for willing musicians from the audience to join our jam session.
During this part of the cycle there will be a duo of performers from the improvised music scene – Irek Wojtczak and Tomasz Dąbrowski Rozmowy niekontrolowane. This is a dialogue open to the old and new horizons of sound, where the musicians will lead the narrative towards total spontaneity. Tomasz Dąbrowski is a trumpeter, composer, improviser. An award-winning artist both in Poland and abroad. Praised by the most important American jazz magazine - Downbeat, as one of the most diverse and interesting European musicians (2020).
