Another Thursday dose of jazz in BOTO. This time Ignacy Wiśniewski, Krzysztof Gumienny and Michał Gos will play in a trio.

Ignacy Jan Wiśniewski – pianist, composer and leader of the Ignacy Wiśniewski Trio, whose album Jazz Shirim was named the Debut of the Year 2016 and ranked 10th in the Jazz Polish Records of the Year 2016, co-founder of the Almost Jazz Group, with which he released 3 original albums Accordina (2012), Na Kaszebach (2014) and Fade Out (2017). Composer and music manager of musical performances in theatres in Warsaw, Wrocław, Koszalin, Poznań, Toruń, Gdynia and Gdańsk. Lecturer at the Academy of Music in Gdańsk, specialising in Musical, Jazz and Stage Music. Co-founder of the publishing foundation WOOD and MOOD, winner of the Young Poland scholarship, thanks to which in 2018 he recorded his latest album Kantata Jazzowa with lyrics by Michał Rusinek, Ignacy Wiśniewski Trio + Kamil Dominiak.

Krzysztof Gumienny to polski gitarzysta, kompozytor, producent, multiinstrumentalista, współtwórca Fundacji Zjednoczonych Artystów „FuZjA”.

Michał Gos – Polish experimental drummer, known for his work in Gdańsk's alternative scene and with names such as Tomasz Gwinciński, Andrzej Izdebski, Peter Kowald, Assiff Tsahar, Jacek Majewski, Zdzisław Piernik, Piotr Pawlak, Mikołaj Trzaska, Ryszard Tymon Tymański, Olgierd Walicki and more. He performed in festivals such as Warszawska Jesień, Malta w Poznaniu, Yass-no i Feta w Gdańsku, Gdynia Summer Jazz Days, Warsaw Summer Jazz Days, Przystanek Woodstock and took part in many projects for radio and television.
