About Cashmiri
Miriam Davoudvandi aka Cashmiri is a free journalist and editor-in-chief of Splash! Mag, a Berlin-based hip-hop magazine. While she is writing music during the day, she proofs her knowledge in sets in the night. She calls her genre "ambient twerk", a combination of rap, r&b, baile funk, dancehall and jersey club. As a child with Iranian and Romanian roots, she also processes experiences from her home countries in her performances.
