Ciało słucham: Zajęcia ruchowe

Movement classes for all people, regardless of previous dance/movement experience, who are interested in working for social change. The aim of the workshop is to jointly search for sources of power in the body - learning to "self-support", regulate tension, stress and relieve strain through relaxation techniques, massage and movement improvisation. The classes will be led by Aleksandra Antoniuk, a practitioner of movement and mindfulness, theatre pedagogue and cultural animator. As Ciało słucham she runs movement workshops, organises retreats and practices contemporary Thai massage. She develops her curiosity in movement and stillness by practicing contact, improvisation and meditation in the Mindfulness Based Living Course.
