GenotPresents#4: Abadir + Fausto Mercier + Ursula Sereghy

Prague based music label and community Genot Centre returns for the fourth edition in their new series under the banner GenotPresents, focusing on presentation of contemporary electronic and abstract sounds in an atypical context. This fourth edition, taking place in Archa Theatre on the 28th of July 2021, is an occasion to celebrate the highly anticipated releases by promising Czech newcomer Ursula Sereghy (Gin&Platonic) & acclaimed Egyptian sound artist ABADIR. The Cairo/Berlin-based sound designer and music writer Rami Abadir will showcase his dynamic beat-heavy sound constructions based on the human voice as raw material, in an AV collab with Prague-based Omar El Sadek (aka QOW). Joining the lineup is the Hungarian sound wizz & Shape platform member Fausto Mercier who will showcase his club-oriented sounds, including his freshly dropped material on Infinite Machine. His set will be accompanied by live digital drawings from Judita Levitnerová. The Ostrava/Prague-based collective & music label Gin&Platonic will hit the decks in Prague once again after a long time to close the night with their bleeding edge club selections.
