Holiday Special: Moving Pictures

C/O Berlin presents the Junior Workshop Holiday Special: Moving Pictures for children and young people between 10 and 14 years. The event is led by Jan Caspers and Gary Rosborough and lasts from 11:00 to 16:30 each day.

With colors, shapes and imagination, the young artists invent old and new worlds and the creatures that live in them. And with animation magic, they bring them to life. This workshop is for everyone who likes to experiment creatively. The C/O Berlin team wants to explore up and down, inside and outside, big and small, stillness and movement. And above all, to have a lot of fun.

Jan Caspers came to animated film via puppetry, silhouette cutting, and a robot theater, and has been leading stop-motion workshops for C/O Berlin Education for a good ten years.

Gary Rosborough has worked as an animation teacher for twenty-five years. He has inspired countless children, teens and adults on four continents to explore the expressive possibilities of animation.
