Imprisoned in Hohenschönhausen

Visitors learn about the GDR's system of injustice in the exhibition Imprisoned in Hohenschönhausen —Testimonies of political persecution 1945-1989. It shows the experiences of the victims during their imprisonment and around 500 exhibits and more than 300 historical photos are presented on 700 square meters. Visitors are informed about the working and living environment of the prison staff and can view the offices of the former prison administration.
