Koń is a band created by guitarist Slawomir Szudrowicz (Something Like Elvis, Dobre Bo Dobre, Selina Martin Band, 5G), percussionist Asia Glubiak (Panieneczki, Limboski, Barbara Wronska), saxophonist Michał Fetler (Jazzband Młynarski Masecki, Polmuz, Fanfara Awantura) and composer/synth player Jakub Królikowski. The formal premise of the band's work oscillates around country, post-rock, modern jazz and blues, intertwined into sprawling trance-inducing etudes. The band released their debut album First in 2022 on Antenta Krzyku, which received enthusiastic reviews. It is also worth noting that Koń is primarily a live band.
