Krakowski Kwintet Dęty (Cracow Wind Quintet) was created in 1998 by members of the Cracow Strike Trio: oboist Marek Mleczko, clarinettist Roman Widaszek, bassoonist Paweł Soleck and flutist Katarzyna Kurowska-Mleczko and horn player Tadeusz Tomaszewski. Members of the Cracow Wind Quintet are the winners of many music competitions. They met in the Cracow Chamber Orchestra - Capella Cracoviensis, co-founding for many years a brass band of universal character. The musicians have performed in numerous chamber concerts with a diverse repertoire, from baroque to contemporary music, they have performed in many important European music centres (Paris, Vienna, Lisbon) and at almost all prestigious music festivals in Poland, meeting with the enthusiasm of the audience and critical acclaim.

The quintet will play with guests in the line-up: Katarzyna Kurowska-Mleczko – flute, Marek Mleczko – oboe, Paweł Krauzowicz – clarinet, Paweł Solecki – bassoon, Tadeusz Tomaszewski – horn, Katarzyna Mrozek – oboe, Oleh Małowyczko – clarinet, Krystyna Milaniak – bassoon, Paweł Cal – horn.
