Another concert in Warsaw's WIR as part of the "WIR Bacardi" series. This time, after a break, P.Unity, who, after more than a year, are coming back for the only concert of the season, will jump on board.
For the first time the band will play live material from their forthcoming second album, which has been in the works for over two years. The ten-piece line-up still defies most stages and genre frames – described as funky but nominated for a Fryderyk in the Blues & Country category, playing at jazz festivals and having worked with Michał Urbaniak, but largely sticking to song-based, sometimes pop forms. It doesn't matter whether with the melancholic-rap Funkjest recorded with Kuba Knap's guest appearance, or with the sophomoric single My Mind P.Unity returns to defend the title of "the best live band in Poland" (as they were once described by the (as Bartek Chaciński once called them).
