The wanderings of the resolute, good-humoured Pyza, who escaped from a carpenter's workshop to wander around Poland, have entertained and taught many generations of Poles. It is thanks to her fascinating adventures that even today young viewers can admire the beauty of their homeland's landscape, get to know selected regions of Poland, traditions, customs and folk art. The show, based on a poem by Hanna Januszewska and folk songs from various regions of the country, is a colourful, dancing and singing lesson of Polish geography, history and nature.
