Shanghai Qiutian

Math rock band Shanghai Qiutian (translated as 'Shanghai Autumn') was founded in 2018 in Shanghai by Eñaut Martí Zinkunegi and Florian Rudin. They met at a jam session in Yuyintang Hall and embarked on an energetic journey through the independent rock music scene in China, always surprising audiences with their emotionally charged and intelligently written songs, with a strong hint of punk musical combinatorics. In recent years, they have collaborated with several major artists in the mat rock scene, including Japanese legends Toe, Taiwan's Elephant Gym and Wuhan-based Chinese Football. Their aim is to play music all their lives and follow it wherever it leads them, to achieve more love and positive change among people and most simply to kick some ass.
