Stachursky, or Jacek Władysław Łaszczok-Stachursky, was born on 26 January 1966 in Czechowice-Dziedzice. He is a Polish performer of pop and dance music, also including disco polo. It is estimated that he has sold almost 700 thousand cassettes and records in Poland. He holds gold records for the albums Finał, Wspaniałe polskie przeboje and 2009 and platinum records for the albums 1996, Urodziłem się aby grać, 1999, Moje najlepsze piosenki, and Trwam and the single Kieliszki.
