Sweet Home

The creators of the musical performance realized in the space of the Pavilion of the Four Domes tackle the subject of inhabitation. They investigate the relations between human consciousness and the space of one's home. What is home? Are people aware of the space in which they live? What significance do everyday rituals have in their lives? Taking a close look at the celebration of everyday life, the artists analyze the relationship between the idea of home - as a place in the mind of man - and physical space. They are interested in how people adapt to the places they inhabit, with whom they share them, how they tame them. Above all, how do we change our homes when we are locked in them for a long time - a theme that is particularly relevant in the context of pandemics and forced isolation. The project is the first artistic realization of the Wrocław collective [in between], consisting of: Natasza Sołtanowicz, Marianna Syska, Joanna Kowalska, Grzegorz Bieńko.
