Meetings for adults tailored for people on the autism spectrum, led by Marta Maliszewska and organized by the Museum of Modern Art in Warsaw.
During the meetings there will be conversations allowing us to get to know different people's points of view. Contemporary art often comments on current events. It helps to discover important topics. We will try out the techniques used by artists when they create their own works. Will they help to say what is important to us?
Event organizers will ensure conditions conducive to concentration. At the beginning of the meeting, a specific plan of action and working time will be set. During the meetings at the exhibition, sounds and intense lights will be turned off, and there will be no other meetings for groups. In 2021 the meetings will take place at the Museum on the Vistula River and online. They will lead to a walk under the Warsaw Palm and to the Sculpture Park in Bródno. Sometimes several meetings are organized at one exhibition. At each meeting a different topic is discussed, so you can come more than once. You can also take part in individual classes. You can sign up for each meeting using the form next to the description of a particular event.
