For many seasons now, Janusz Józefowicz, Janusz Stokłosa and the Studio Buffo theatre company have been successfully reviving the centuries-old tradition of harmonious coexistence between Poles and many nations through music, dance and song. This time Studio Buffo invites you on a journey into the world of French song.
It would seem that the French language, incomprehensible to most Polish audiences, will not attract an audience. However, French Evening at Buffo proves that Poles know and love French songs, and they remove all language and cultural barriers. The audience is treated to wine, which emboldens them to play together, and there is no end to the encores. The show features Les Champs-Elysees, Belle, Milord, Paroles, Paroles, Paroles, Voyage, Tombe le neige and Cathedrales, among others.
