About Young Igi
Young Igi is one of the most recognisable young rappers in Poland. His work can be described as balancing on the borderline between trap and hip-hop, and he himself as a forerunner of the new wave of rap. Young Igi's music and original lyrics create a mixture that is hard to pass by indifferently. His popularity first surged with the song Kush, recorded together with Pikers. The next step in career development for Igi was the release of the mixtape Trappist and the releases Konfetti and Skan Myśli. For his albums, Young Igi has collaborated with many artists such as Kaz Bałagane, Szpaku, Otschodzi, Margaret and Kizo. Young Igi is also one of the members of the supergroup OIO, which he co-founded with Otsochodzi and Okim. Sharing their musical interests, the guys stirred up the scene in 2021 and released an album together entitled OIO, which features numbers such as Worki w tłum, MVP and American videos. However, Young Igie's memorable collaborations don't end there, as the rapper also has a fresh collaboration with Żabson to his credit. Together with him, he forms the amfisbena project, which has resulted in an album and a tour under the same title.
