The City Library used to be in the Municipal Office building for many years. After the reconstruction of the premises of the former elementary school, in 2003 library was moved to new premises. Until 2006, the Municipal Library was part of the Cultural Centre Kravaře Chateau.
It organises many events for children and adults.
