Central European Crossroad: Moravia in the 20th century

The new permanent exhibition will present crucial historical events of the 20th century in the context of the history of north Danubian region, in historical boundaries of the today Czech Republic emphasizing the historical territory of the Moravian Margraviate. It will map political, cultural and social history. The basic line will be chronological-thematic, with cultural-scientific parentheses (important institutions and personalities) and presentation of everyday life. The exhibition will present the history of the country and its institutions, as well as cultural phenomena and key personalities determining the country´s position and role in connotations of the history of the Czech Lands and the whole Central European region or even in a broader context.
