O Deaf Havana
The five musicians led by the sympathetic vocalist James Veck-Gilodi got together during their studies at college. Their debut EP Evangeline came in 2006 and the band slowly started to creep into the public eye, aided by another EP It's Called The Easy Life, and the first official video for Oh Howard, You Crack Me Up. Following a tour of the British Isles, the group catapulted among the top alternative rock, to which it also belongs to this day.
Deaf Havana released their album Old Souls in September 2013. It features the single Square Boston, which had its premiere on thebroadcast of cult DJ Zane Lowe on British Radio 1. She dubbed it "the most sexy recording in the world for the year 2014". The album's popularity guaranteed them a spot among legendary charting artists such as Bruce Springsteen or Muse.
