Fever Ray or Karin Dreijer Andersson is a Swedish singer who gained huge popularity by co-creating the duo The Knife, which she co-founded with her brother. The Swedes gained notoriety in their native Sweden, but they consistently refused to enter the mainstream music world, concentrating on creativity without a media envelope. The electronic duo ended their activities in 2014 with five albums and the artist released their first solo album under the pseudonym Fever Ray in 2009. Despite this, the singer for new material told the fans to wait long, because it was eight years.
