Art Cinema is currently one of the last urban theaters. It is managed by the Tourist Information Centre in Brno. And as urban cinema they want to be a decent counterweight to multiplexes, not only to focus on more sophisticated viewers, but also on a wider audience groups such as parents with children, seniors or youth and students. Within Art there is a film club registered under the Association of Czech Film Clubs. An integral part of their operation is also the Art Gallery in the foyer of the cinema, café Art and Artek Bar. In addition to the usual film screenings in Art you can meet with a number of different events which go beyond routine screenings. Art Cinema simply wants your visit to be a real experience and their audience to like them and come back.
