O Maciej Obara Quartet

The band was founded in 2012 by the Polish saxophonist Maciej Obara, which includes: Dominik Wania (piano), Ole Morten Vagan (double bass), Gard Nilssen (drums). The quartet is the forefront of the European jazz scene, and each of its members is characterized by individual sound resulting from a variety of musical experiences. Obara invited strong and mature artists to the band, who together create complete, conscious and above all beautiful music.
