A residential house with a garden was built in the first quarter of the 20th century. In 2006, the property was taken over by the PNP, currently, the PNP collection department is located here.
The ground floor is designed to hold occasional exhibitions of chamber character on topical topics, lectures, literary themes and cultural and social events. The public can use the adjoining garden.
The exhibition of Ladislav Mňaček's office is also open to the public in the premises of the Small Villa.
