The Permanent Exhibition of Wielkopolskie Muzeum Niepodległości

The exhibition illustrates the history and hopes that Poles placed in regaining their freedom. The exhibition includes weapons, uniforms in which the local Poles fought at the frontlines during the WWI as well as soldiers' families correspondences. Among these memorabilia visitors can find the photo of Stanisław Taczak and the iron cross with which he was honored for his service. The story ends with an image of everyday life Pole of a citizen of two countries: German (in the formal sense) and the Polish during January Uprising. Then story tells about the Pole which became a citizen of the Republic of Poland.
