Its programming offer addresses recipients of all ages, different needs and cultural interests. Their tasks are primarily to create organizational and economic conditions for the development of cultural, artistic and educational-educational activities, as well as to integrate different creative environments and recipients of cultural goods. An important element of the WCK's activity is also the desire to awaken the aesthetic, emotional, mental and ethical-moral needs of recipients of events, participants of classes and workshops.
