Zbigniew Karkowski is one of the most influential composers of contemporary electronic music. It combines the worlds of contemporary music and industrial music and is a key figure in the development of more advanced forms of noise music. He studied composition, aesthetics of modern music, sonologii and computer music. During the summer composition courses in France took lessons from Iannis Xenakis, Olivier Messiaen, Pierre Boulez, George Aperghise and others. In addition to writing electronic music and orchestral pieces, chamber music and the account has an opera. He lives in Tokyo and is active in the Japanese noise scene. He is constantly on the move and often performs at the periphery of experimental music and the established festivals around the world. His main interests are the psychophysical effects of sound, preparation is therefore a really intense experience.
