Aleksandra Słyż is a Polish composer, sound artist, designer, engineer and performer. Her work is primarily concerned with the relationship between humans, technology and art. In live performances, Słyż focuses on finding subtle connections between acoustic instruments and synthesisers modules, creating rich, diverse drone structures that slowly but intensely pulsate and resonate with the surrounding space and the viewer. Her work has so far been presented at music and film festivals in Europe and the USA, including Audiorama, Avant Art Festival, Between Festival, Calma, Idealistic Festival, Kyiv Music Festival, Open Source Art, UNM Festival and Unsound.
