Piotr Bukartyk & Ajagore

Piotr Bukartyk and Ajagore will perform at the Artus Court with the programme "The Fjutin Whale and Other Stories" opposing unjustified violence.

The Bukartyk and Ajagore project is a result of a meeting of exceptional personalities on the Polish music scene, Piotr Bukartyk - an outstanding lyricist, distinctive vocalist, insightful observer of reality, and the musicians of the Ajagore group - instrumentalists who cannot be closed in any stylistic frames, from Jazz, rhythm n blues through American folk, country and folk traditions. The Bukartyk/Ajagore collaboration must have resulted in something extraordinary, and when an uncompromising commentary on the surrounding reality is added, a phenomenon absolutely unprecedented on the scene today is born.
