Ward 21, a group of producers and dancehall musicians from Jamaica, founded in the late 90 years Kunley McCarthy, Andre "Suku" Gray, Mark "Meandawg" Henry and Ranaldo "Rumblood" Evans.

In 1998, at King Jammy's studio on Wed Lucia Road in Kingston met a group of four young and talented musicians. Four singers, selectors, producers and sound engineers, their distinctive sound was different than anything before.
